I am the founder and Director of Lancashire HR Solutions.

 

For more than a decade, I have advised business owners, boards, directors and senior management teams on people, governance, compliance, commercial contracts and organisational change.

My career began in legal practice, where I qualified and practised in employment and commercial law before establishing my consultancy business in 2014.

 

Since then, I have worked closely with organisations across a wide range of sectors, providing practical, commercially focused advice that helps businesses manage risk, support growth and navigate complex challenges.
